You will be provided with a series of daily self-care practices for the next thirty days.
A combination of education and experiential exercises will help you embody the wisdom found through life with breath. In addition to the breathing exercises and journaling, daily intentions for our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual selves are included. Each will help bring awareness to our body, our thoughts, our feelings, and our connection to a greater source.
Every day there will be a new awareness. It won’t be easy, yet it’s really quite simple. It’s hard, but easy enough for anyone to accomplish.
Let the practices do the work; not you. You just have to learn and practice these techniques to get into a daily routine. Once the brain sees that what you’re offering can be trusted, it will look for more ways to integrate these skills into every perception you have about yourself and others.
You will start to feel lighter, more light-hearted, but tough in many ways without the need to be negative. You will become grateful for your life on every level, conscious, subconscious, and unconscious.
