Our mind wanders all the time, either reviewing the past or planning for the future. Mindfulness teaches you the skill of paying attention to the present by noticing when your mind wanders off. Come back to your breath with आत्मसाधना: A journey into mindfulness. It’s a place where we can rest and settle our minds.
Mindfulness is paying attention to the present moment with openness, curiosity and without judgment. It is about learning to focus your attention when your mind is distracted and bringing that attitude of awareness into daily life.

The goal of mindfulness is not to clear your mind or even to feel better or less stressed, although this might be an outcome for some people. Instead it is about striving to act and behave intentionally in the present moment, rather than reacting or running on autopilot.

Help us build up inAura’s community and join us for these variety of live online guided mindfulness meditations on every Saturday-Sunday, 6.30 am- 7.30 am. Sessions range from formal sitting meditation to mindful movement as well as some brief short mindful pauses.
Participation is on a rolling membership basis. You can join anytime, any day on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and yearly basis.
